At X-One, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and transparently. This policy explains our processing times, delivery options, shipping fees, and other important terms.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- If there is any unexpected delay (inventory, system, courier, or customs issues), we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the courier’s website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by their country.
- Customs clearance may delay delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. For lost shipments, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
